Service Description

*Meet & Greet - Just a little meeting to get to know one another and discuss services. *FBA Interview - Questions about problem behaviors (1-2 hours) *Observation - 1-2-hour session(s), direct observation; typically two (2-4 hours) *Review Collateral - Prior documentation, assessments, evaluations, diagnoses (1-2 hours); may vary dependent upon need. *Development of Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) - Utilization of the Functional Analysis Screening Tools (FAST), Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS) (1-4 hours) *Delivery of FBA/Discussion of Behavioral Support Plan (BSP) (1-2 hours)
